is it true that drinking green tea helps you loose weight? it's kind of random, but i read it in a magazine the other day and i was just curious if it was true or not. i drink tea everyday, usually when i get a craving for something sweet, or i feel like binging. i recently switched to green tea.(: but anyway, has anyone else heard that?

I can't believe this.
I was doing great till about 2 hours ago when I got in a huge fight with my "soon to be boyfriend"
After we got in a fight over something so DUMB, over something that happened over MYSPACE for God's sakes, I was crying.
In a bathtub with 200000 gummy worms and chowed the whole fucking thing down.
After that I had 3 pieces of Noble Romans Pizza
So much for 500 calories. I'm too scared to purge because I used to be mia which was dreadful..
Boys just fuck it up.
I was finally in the 120s too =[
I'm so scared to weigh myself, I'll just wait till morning.

And one thing that could possibly cheer me up--
Does anyone know any diet pills that are effective & is there an age restriction on buying them?

ethan my fiance guilt tripped me into a romantic pic nic out in his boat..

his mom got the christas pictures developed.

she framed one of me and ethan and put it on the dresser where i do my make up every morning.

i took it down and hid it. i looked like a cow next to him. my bf has the perfect body like on the skinnier side. he beautiful.

im a peice of dirt. i swear i hate my life.

 beginning of day 3 of under 400 cal diet, lost 1.5kg/ 3.3lbs yay! took photos today, im still in the 60s so thats definately not good, so ill post phots 1st of 2nd of jan... on my new camera i got for christmas :D its pink! :P

im just wondering, does anyone have a 'comfort zone/ weight? like when you reach that certain number u can sort of breathe easy for a little bit?
mines  57kg / 125 lbs but because im weird i HATE 57.7 / 126.9   lol

kinda random yet sorta related: i swear my fiance stares at other women. i mean its not like i can prove it. and i guess its sorta natural if he is but since i have like absolutely noo confidence it bothers me more than it should. i kno hed never try anything. thank goodness. but it bothers me like... he says he likes me the way i am but i dont even like me the way i am.. and he said he doesnt like really skinny girls. but thats bull. cuz most of his ex's r skinny. except for this one i kno of. she waas flipping huge... i think hed be mopre attracted to me if i was skinnier..

I'm also getting more and more nervous for the shopping trip. :/ I'm still wayy to fat. I'm gonna buy something that's too small, to give me a push to do this. :D

My parents threw away my scale, so now I have to go by measurements, which is a bum.

But I managed to persuade my Mum to let me get my belly button pierced at the beggining of the summer. :D (She wanted me to wait till next Christmas) There's another incentive to lose. :D

 i used to be ana i finaly got the strength to quit... it was ruining everything... plus my boyfriend told me he liked me beter with a lil weight....... well we broke up and even tho im not at my highest i feel like i am.... the guy im dateing now told me he wishes i was skinnier.... and with the stress of hollidays and my bord exam ive been fasting... its one of the few things im really good at.. and im loving the way it feels.. i wanna get my motivation back to become ana again.. im at a new part in my life i think my old friend will fit right in..
